10 1/2 Month Old Tri-Color Chihuahua Female Puppy in Austin, Texas For Sale

I recently have been diagnosed with several serious medical conditions and have been in and out of the hospital more than any one person should. Each episode of hospitalization is draining and I just don't have the energy to devote to my puppy as I should. There is at least 1 more surgery coming up which will require several weeks of therapy afterwards so I don't see any miracle cure on the horizon anytime soon. I bought her before I found out how sick I truly am and never in my wildest dreams would have ever thought of re-homing her if not for my medical conditions. I've also originally placed this ad about a month and a half ago but yet another hospitalization this time unscheduled left me unable to follow up with inquiries and my family members did not have the heart to place her without my final approval or goodbye. So if you have replied to this ad in the past I am sorry for the lack of a reply!
My little princess is a spoiled diva and she knows she is mommie's girl! She loves to lay in my lap, she even sleeps in bed on my lap of curled around my legs at night. She thinks she's a watchdog and will bark at new people in her home but then she will jump into their arms and offer non-stop kisses as soon as they have a seat. She is about 99.5% housebroken and will only have accidents when left in her crate all day (a recent development during these last few months with all my doctor appointments & hospitalization.) She knows all her basic commands, the only area she will need more work is on her recall/come, over the last few months she has regressed with this command because she thinks anyone else calling her but myself will be putting her in her crate and she won't see me for hours or days; so she now wants to flee or hide as close to her mommie as she can. She is totally up to date on all of her medical including having been on Advantage Multi since she was old enough to start on it and I do have her medical records and her rabies tag in hand as proof. (She is still intact as our vet suggested waiting until she was a year old before having her spayed due to her size.) She was raised with teens and is comfortable with all other dogs even large dogs but she does prefer the company of small to medium sized dogs if she is given the choice because SHE wants to be Miss Queen in all situations. She thinks of her self as a super alpha so even big dogs don't intimidate her, and she will show them who is boss; yet she is calm and loving with puppies who may be smaller/younger than her! I bought her from a breeder in the Houston area and have photos of both her parents if you would like to see them I can send you their pictures. Also, we bought her on a pet only contract without her AKC registration papers. We do have the right to register her as a pet only with CKC but I never cared to bother with such things since she was strictly my princess and would never be bred or shown. I'm asking a re-homing fee of $350 which is what I paid for her at 8 weeks old (she is now 10 1/2 months old), without all of her medical completed and all of her toys, leashes, collars, clothes, crate, snuggly and beds. (Yes, she will come with all of her things!!)
