$395 room for rent in Travis Heights Central Austin Austin in Austin, Texas For Sale

I am renting a bedroom in student housing (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shared common area). I am getting responsible in March, and will be moving into a new place with my new husband, and I need someone to take over my lease. It ends in August (not sure what day) but theres an option to renew, and the rent is $395 ALL BILLS PAID. The bedroom seems small initially, but for the past year and a half its actually felt like a pretty liveable size.
All the occupants are girls, so the apartment complex will only allow a FEMALE roommate (sorry guys!). I share a bathroom with , and the living room/dining room/kitchen area are shared with all 3 roommates. I really hardly ever see them, so a lot of the time it feels like I dont have any roommates. They are nice, but we just have varying schedules and often miss each other. The bedroom is painted orange and pink, but it doesnt come that way, so youd have to repaint it white whenever you move out (or you could paint it another color while you live there!).
The transfer fee is $300 and the admin/utilities few is $160 and youd have to fill out an application at the leasing office. Its really not that much when you think about how much you will be saving on this super cheap apartment! Im looking to move out by February 6th, but you can move in as soon as Im gone.
